exercise- 2 mile walk, 60 min of yoga

breakfast- cereal

lunch- tofu and broccoli stir fry with rice and kimchi, cherries

dinner- pizza (from t.j’s so hopefully it’s not tooooo bad)

dessert- 3 pieces of small dark chocolate, cheeries and probably a glass of red wine. good night! :)
