no exercise today! it was my day of rest!!
breakfast- bowl of whole wheat cereal
lunch/brunch- breakfast at rudy’s!! it’s a diner across from pixar studios and it’s hipster central!
and the food is delicious!!!!!!! i had a challah french toast, one egg, one chicken apple sausage
snack- one multi grain cracker, dried berries, some pasta sauce (i couldn’t find anything else to snack on)!
dinner- stan and i didn’t have time to go to the grocery store today so we improvised! i had some of his trader joe’s pizza and i got creative and made my own version of soup dumplings!!! i boiled some dumplings in chicken broth and it was really good!!! i had that with rice and kimchi
dessert- probably some cherries!
