exercise- 30 min elliptical, 1 mile run

breakfast- bowl of whole grain cereal

lunch- the most freakin amazing sandwich EVER!!! ike’s place in SF!! think pink’s hot dogs, but sandwiches on crack and 100x better!! soooo good! i got a chicken sandwich with frank’s red hot sauce and jalapenos. hurry up and come visit BEC so we can take you guys….you guys will die. it’s so GOOD

dessert- caramel apple lollipop

dinner- cold soba noodles, tempura, green tea

besides my lunch today, i did pretty good! no dinner dessert!! yippee!!!

breakfast: 2 apples

lunch: green curry salmon, rice, bok choy

snack: dove ice cream bar

dinner: marinated pork spare rib, tofu, garlic and rice

drinks (this is the heavy hitting one): 3 shots, 3 jack & cokes, 3 beers, 1 cigarette

late night snack: more rice with marinated pork and tofu, 2 hard boiled eggs

conclusion? my lifestyle is very unhealthy on friday nights

curiously, weight went down to 166.2 lbs… i havent exercised since tuesday but im gonna try to get some in this weekend

exercise- i ran 3 miles!!! wooo hooo!! my knee is better today! :)

breakfast- bowl of whole grain cereal

lunch- tomato bisque soup and 4 multigrain crackers

snack- handful of dried berries

2nd lunch- another bowl of cereal

dinner- rice with apple chicken sausage

dessert- 2 lemon cookies (remember, these are super thin)!!!

after dinner snack- :o korean rice bean pancake, 1 multigrain cracker, dried mango pieces

lunch: tuna sandwich, water

dinner: grape leaves, spinach pastry, BBQ chicken, salad, roasted vegetables with chicken sauce, champagne, chocolate fountain with marshmallows, angels food cake, and bananas (company party)

late night snack: 2 bananas, a shitload of multi-grain cheerios

TGIF!

breakfast – mabo tofu, rice, string beans, ground pork

lunch – mabo tofu

dinner – salmon sashimi, oyako-don bowl from mitsuwa

breakfast – strawberry yogurt

lunch – mcd’s large fries and mcChicken sandwich (ooops!)

dinner @ yashima’s – oyakodon and hot udon soup

exercise – 60 min of pure barre

modified strength goal – abs of steel! :) actually, i’d settle for a flat soft belly :)

day 2!

lunch: turkey with gravy, stuffing, corn/peas vegetables

dinner: yashima – tanin don bowl, cold soba bowl

snack: 1 dark beer – spaten

sadly no exercise except taking the stairs up to yashima and jumping jacks at my cube when no one’s looking

okay BEC, my knee has gotten all screwed up so I wasn’t able to run today.  I had to ice it last night and put salonpas on it all day, so hopefully it heals soon so I can start running!!! PLUS with the news of breaking my laptop, it’s a very bad week!! AHHHHHH!!

breakfast- bowl of whole grain cereal

lunch- salad with grilled chicken, green and white tea

snack- one trader joe’s thin lemon cookie (SOOOOOOOOOOO good AND it’s 160 calories when you eat 9, nine cookies equals 160 calories)!! i also had two multigrain crackers, handful of dried berry fruit medley

dinner- spinach pesto salad with chicken. i made this tonight and it was sooooo YUMMY and easy!!!!

dessert- three more thin lemon cookies, handful of dried berry fruit medley

exercise- WALKED 2.6 miles and 7 minutes of the elliptical (and then my knee gave out)…DANH, do you have any advice to help meeeee?? i am also going to try to stretch/do some yoga poses later…we’ll seeee!
