dinner: 2 mangos, wintermelon soup, cabbage and egg stir fry

lunch: tofu, indian chutney, spanish rice, oatmeal cookies, earl gray tea

dinner @ cafe piccolo: black linguini with calamari and shrimp in a garlic and safron cream sauce

dessert: small creme brulee and blueberries
