snack: bowl of raisin bran cereal, pomelo, tomatoes and mozzarella
dinner @ father’s office: hamburger, fries!!!
gym: 60 min elliptical, 15 min abs & stretching

breakfast: 1/2 a bran muffin, 1/2 a multi-grain scone
lunch: scallops, snow peas and rice, yogurt and granola
snack: strawberries, blueberries, and trail mix (almonds, peanuts, dried raspberries, and chocolate chips)
dinner @ CCC: chinese chicken salad, cabbage salad, pasta salad, fruit, pita
gym: 15 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical (need to stretch badly!)
