breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat cereal
snack: trail mix
lunch: leftover turkey burger w/ mixed green salad, apple
dinner @ pampas grill: lamb, mixed salad, beets, cheese bread, etc.
gym: 1.5 hr cardio (elliptical, treadmill, stairmaster), 10 min abs!
