lunch: rice, ground turkey, chinese broccoli and sausage, mushroom, carrot, and tomato salad

dinner @ magnolia: mac & cheese, pita w/ hummus, turkey burger w/ mixed green salad

breakfast – cornflakes, coffee

lunch – wontons

dinner @ sunnin – chicken kebab, rice, salad, pita bread, fries!

gym – 70 min cardio, 20 min weights
