breakfast – pumpkin flaxseed cereal, coffee

lunch – soy sauce pork, hardboiled egg, rice, grapes, and nonfat yogurt

afternoon snack – 1/2 of chelsee’s delicious banana chocolate chip muffin (it was like crack it was so good!)

dinner – homemade chicken soup, soy sauce pork, broiled salmon

breakfast: handful of baby carrots w/ ranch dressing, mini chocolate chip cliff bar, 1/2 a sweet potato

recess snack: brown rice, chicken, seaweed

lunch: mixed green salad w/ carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegarette

snack: bowl of raisin bran, 2 chocolate covered coffee beans

dinner: mixed green salad w/ carrots,  tomatoes, & mozzarella, scrambled eggs w/ tomato and green onions.

gym: 30 min rowing machine, 15 min abs
