breakfast: handful of grape tomatoes, blackberry pomegranate yogurt
lunch: tofu, tomatoes, and ground turkey w/ rice, fresh pineapple, mini chocolate chip cliff bar, 2 pieces of homemade taffy
snack: bowl of raisin bran, couple bites of shredded wheat, 3 chocolate covered coffee beans
dinner: large mixed green salad w/ carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, 2 fried eggs, and balsamic vinegarette, 1 medium sweet potato
dinner 2: chicken, brown rice, mozzarella, tomato and mixed green salad w/ balsamic dressing, a whole bunch of shredded wheat cereal, 2 pocky, bite of richard’s creamcicle.

recess snack – leftover french toast, green tea
lunch – leftover new york sirloin steak, potatoes, nectarine
afternoon snack – 1 slice of pepperoni pizza
dinner – leftover new york sirloin steak, rice and soy sauce pork and hardboiled egg, homemade chicken soup
no gym ;(
