breakfast: bowl of oatmeal, trail mix (nuts about raspberries and chocolate from trader joes)
lunch: rice, chicken, mushrooms and bean curd
afterschool snack: mixed greens, tomatoes, salmon and bell pepper salad
snack 2: samosa, 1/2 a garlic nan
dinner: yellow curry w tofu and rice, catfish, mish mash of everything, creamcicle
