dinner – kim bop, hawaiian onion chips (couldn’t help it! definitely emotional eating right now)

lunch @ banana boat – pho, thai iced tea

dinner @ melting pot – spinach and artichoke cheese with bread, apples, chips; coq au vin fondue with steak, shrimp, pork, chicken, ravioli, lobster; chocolate fondue with rice crispies, brownies, strawberries, marshmellows, cheesecake

gym – 60 min cardio (5.25 mile run)

breakfast: fiber one cereal (no milk), blackberry yogert

lunch: brown rice, salmon, chinese veggies, large plate of pineapple, granola muffin bite

dinner: 2 pieces of mushroom, bell peppers, and tomato pizza, mixed green salad

dessert: strawberries w/ honey, hot milk tea
