dinner @ california chicken cafe – chinese chicken salad

gym break until shin splints heal…

breakfast: bowl of vanilla oatmeal

lunch: scallops, snowpeas, and rice, yogert and granola

snack: bowl of raisin bran cereal, pomelo, tomatoes and mozzarella

dinner @ father’s office: hamburger, fries!!! :)

gym: 60 min elliptical, 15 min abs & stretching

lunch: scallops, snow peas and rice, yogurt and granola

snack: strawberries, blueberries, and trail mix (almonds, peanuts, dried raspberries, and chocolate chips)

dinner @ CCC: chinese chicken salad, cabbage salad, pasta salad, fruit, pita

gym: 15 min treadmill, 30 min elliptical (need to stretch badly!)

breakfast @ farmer’s market: strawberries, blueberries, 1/2 a breakfast wrap, 1/2 a bran muffin

lunch: scallops and snow peas, sauteed cabbage

dinner: 2 slices of pizza, 5 cookies!

exercise: 30 min elliptical, 15 min treadmill, kickball practice

breakfast: bowl of raisin bran crunch, scrambled eggs and tomatoes

lunch: rice, cabbage, bean curd

dinner @ tokyo table: a whole lot of freakin’ good food!

dessert: ice cream cake, honey chocolate toast

exercise: dancing!!!

breakfast: bowl of shredded wheat cereal

snack: trail mix

lunch: leftover turkey burger w/ mixed green salad, apple

dinner @ pampas grill: lamb, mixed salad, beets, cheese bread, etc.

gym: 1.5 hr cardio (elliptical, treadmill, stairmaster), 10 min abs!
