lunch: brown rice, oyster mushrooms & greens, vegetarian fish (3 pieces), red grapes
snack: chicken salad and crackers
dinner: cup of tomato soup, fuji apple chicken salad, multi-grain baggette, 1/2 a double chocolate cookie, couple bikes of danh’s artichoke turkey sandwich, couple of sliced apples

dinner: vegetarian fish w/ tofu (soy), deep fried oyster mushrooms, abalone mushrooms w/ greens
gym: 35 min cardio

lunch – leftover ma po tofu, rice, bok choy, 1 diddy riese white chocolate macadamia nut cookie
dinner @el cholo – a ton of chips and salsa, taquitos, and nachos, mango margherita
gym – 2 hour run/walk from the apt to the beach with stanley (5.2 miles)

Lunch: Tuna sandwich and one scoop ice cream
Snack: Chips and salsa, 2 brownies
Dinner: chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and rice
Gym: 8 mile bike ride around SF over gg bridge and into Sausalito

dinner – ma po tofu, rice, 1 scoop of cookies n’cream from diddy riese
gym – 2 laps around schoolyard and 5 sprints with my students at school

went overboard with the damn weights yesterday, can’t move my neck!
breakfast – coffee
lunch – 1/2 pita bread, garlic spread, 1 ground beef kebab
pre-gym snack – 1/2 salami sandwich
dinner – bulgogi, kalbi, spicy korean pork, spinach, garlic cucumber, marinated anchovies, rice
gym – 40 min cardio (3.1 mile run, .50 mile walk)
