gym- 30 min of santa monica stairs, 15 min of abs and stretching

breakfast- bowl of blue box cheerios, apple slices, banana

lunch- half of a spinach salad with orzo pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 garlic toast

dessert- two girl scout cookies, swedish fish candy

snack- raisin roll

snack 2- almond granola bar

dinner- (panera): 1/2 cup of low fat chicken noodle soup, 1/2 fuji apple salad
