breakfast: almonds and coffee cake : ( Al I couldn’t help it!! So hungry and I forgot my yogurt!
lunch: leftover bowl of veggie & chicken curry over rice
no snack after school!
dinner: homemade salad with cranberries & chicken & avocado & goat cheese & soy nuts
2 pieces garlic bread
STILL NO CHOCOLATE!!!! But the coffee cake was pretty sugary so I guess that was the replacement.
Gym: 2 mile run & 30 minutes stretching and weights and abs
