lunch – salami sandwich, almonds and cranberries
dinner – nu ro fan (ground pork rice), steamed fish, mao po tofu AND birthday cheesecake for my 3 year old cousins bday (soooooo worth it!)
rested from gym today, eep!;)

Breakfast: maple and pecan oatmeal
Snack: steamed broccoli
Lunch: black wild rice, sauteed ground turkey w/ picked cucumber, onions & bamboo, steamed broccoli
Dinner: way to much garlic butter bread, grilled mahi mahi, black beans, rice, plantains, flan
Gym: 45 min elliptical

gym- 30 min of santa monica stairs, 15 min of abs and stretching
breakfast- bowl of blue box cheerios, apple slices, banana
lunch- half of a spinach salad with orzo pasta, sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 garlic toast
dessert- two girl scout cookies, swedish fish candy
snack- raisin roll
snack 2- almond granola bar
dinner- (panera): 1/2 cup of low fat chicken noodle soup, 1/2 fuji apple salad

breakfast: almonds and coffee cake : ( Al I couldn’t help it!! So hungry and I forgot my yogurt!
lunch: leftover bowl of veggie & chicken curry over rice
no snack after school!
dinner: homemade salad with cranberries & chicken & avocado & goat cheese & soy nuts
2 pieces garlic bread
STILL NO CHOCOLATE!!!! But the coffee cake was pretty sugary so I guess that was the replacement.
Gym: 2 mile run & 30 minutes stretching and weights and abs
