gym – 65 min cardio (5 mile run, .30 mile walk), 30 min weights
breakfast – green tea, almonds, cranberries
snack – granola and nonfat yogurt
lunch – rice, seaweed, dried beef
afternoon snack – 1/2 a torta (sooooo delicious!)
dinner – 1/2 a torta
post gym snack – apple slices
susan’s day 10- work is the devil!!

gym- 1.5 hour of yoga, 1 hour of weights (really only 30 min) with trainer eric
breakfast- raisin roll, bowl of blue box cheerios
lunch- half of a portabello sandwich (i didn’t eat the bread, so basically just the mushroom), side of fruit
dessert- 2 girl scout peanut butter cookies
snack- swedish fish candy, squeezable yogurt
snack 2- apple slices, 2 more damn cookies!!!!!
snack 3- banana
dinner- salmon sashimi, salad with tomatoes and oranges, raisin roll

Breakfast: blueberry yogurt and almonds
Lunch: Turkey sandwich and water
After school snack: salami and crackers AND small bowl of pumpkin flaxseed cereal; I was so hungry!
Dinner: Bowl of rice topped with chicken & celery & carrot curry sauce made at home
Dessert: a Satsuma tangerine thing
No gym: My 1.5 hour nap replaced my gym time. Boo.
NOTE: I ATE NO CHOCOLATE TODAY!!!!!!! This is a milestone!
Day 10: 4 thin mints are 150 calories!!!!!!!

Breakfast: blueberry oatmeal
Snack: steamed broccoli
Lunch: black rice, sauteed ground turkey w/ picked cucumber & bamboo, shrimp & snow peas, 4 thin mints
Dinner: bowl of steamed broccoli with balsamic dressing, salmon sashimi
2nd Dinner: CCC… 1/2 a bowl of chinese cabbage salad, 4 pieces of pita, 1/2 a small order of chinese chicken salad, a couple bites of chicken pasta salad, 1/2 fruit salad.
