breakfast: almonds and apple slices

lunch: left over bowl of spaghetti & handful of M & M’s (dumb Janie… why’d she have to bring those?)

after school snack: more apple slices

dinner out: 2/3 white fish & 4 bites of Richard’s steak
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
4 asparagus spears
two (small) pieces of french bread
chocolate cake w/ ice cream

Gym: jog 2 miles & 20 mins. stretching and weights

breakfast – almonds and cranberries, green tea

recess snack – hardboiled egg

lunch – unagi, seaweed, rice, apple slices

dinner – 1 kimbop roll, 1 biscotti, apple slices

gym – yoga at home, recuperating is painful…

gym- 30 min of stairmaster, 15 min of elliptical

breakfast- raisin roll, squeezable yogurt

2nd breakfast- bowl of cereal (blue box cheerios), a SMALL bag of swedish fish candy, handful of dry raisin bran crunch

lunch- 2 pieces of a club sandwich, a couple pieces of fruit

dessert- a bite of a lemon cookie, one girl scout cookie

snack- half of an orange, three girl scout cookies (they were small)!!!

2nd lunch (i was really hungry today)!!!- another piece of the club sandwich, one more SMALL bag of swedish fish candy

before dinner snack- another piece of the club sandwich

dinner- chicken (from mitsuwa market), salad with tomatoes and oranges

dessert- pineapple slices, apple slices

 ******ahhhh!! it’s 10:00 p.m. and i just ate a raisin roll!! ahhhh!!******

Breakfast: blueberry oatmeal

Snack: steamed broccoli

Lunch: 1/2 hamburger steak w/ demi glace sauce, bok choy & rice

Afterschool snack: 3 thin mints (i couldn’t resist)

Dinner: 2 fried eggs & steamed broccoli

Gym: walk to the gym, 45 min stairmaster, 30 min abs & stretching
