gym – 1 hour weights with eric and girls, 40 min cardio (2.5 mile run, .50 mile walk)
breakfast – green tea, hardboiled egg
recess snack – nonfat yogurt, 1 small piece beef jerky
lunch – salami sandwich, apple slices
afternoon snack – apple slices, almonds
dinner – salmon and korean dumplings
post gym snack – apple slices
day 8- susan!!

gym- 1.5 hour of yoga, one hour (????) of weights with trainer eric and girls
breakfast- raisin roll, squeezable yogurt from TJ’s
snack- banana
lunch- half of a salmon w/feta and spinach, rice and veggies
dessert- orange, and one white chocolate chip cookie
snack- one dry pitted prune, 2 bags of swedish fish (SMALL), handful of vanilla granola
dinner- the rest of my salmon, white rice, two baby tomatoes
after yoga snack- handful of dry raisin bran crunch, orange, raisin roll

recess snack: almonds and baby bel cheese round
lunch: 1/2 serving pad thai — it wasn’t very good so I threw the rest out. This meant that when I got home I would eat…
bowl of pumpkin flaxseed cereal with soy milk
2 chocolate hearts : (
dinner: 1 BIG bowl homemade spaghetti sauce over rice noodles and sauted zuchinni
water
gym: 30 minutes cardio + weights & abs with girls and eric
Day 8: Becca’s old eating habbits are back!!! :P

Breakfast: Cornbread
Lunch: 2 steak fajitas w/ grilled onions, peppers, lettuce, beans and cheese (but w/out the steak because Danh ate it all on Sat night), left over piece of chicken pot pie
Dinner: Got some soul food w/ the teachers afterschool at Mama’s House on Crenshaw….. MAN was it gooooood! 2 corn muffins w/ butter, 2 pieces of fried catfish, and 3 sides: lima beans, collard greens, mac & cheese…
and.. because sharing is caring… i also ate: 1 fried chicken chicken leg, 1/4 piece of turkey chop with gravy
The girls went on to get peach cobbler next door.. but i ran home as fast as i could to get read for the gym… dude.. i’m in big trouble.. no more eating out for me.. i think i’ll eat steamed broccoli for the rest of the week!!!
Gym: 45 min on stairmaster, 20 min of abs and stretching on my own, 60 min of weights & abs (shoulders, triceps, squats, lunges, abs) … oooh and i walked to the gym.. sooo i guess i balanced out today’s food intake…maybe…
