Brunch: egg white omelet with avocado, bacon, tomatoes, and jack cheese, honey bran muffin, 1/2 an order of hash browns, 2-3 bites of pancakes smothered in syrup and butter, coffee

Snack: 2 sliced apples, 1/8 green piece of onion pancake, 1/2 a manto w/ egg (chinese bun), green tea

Dinner: The parents and I went out to eat at a GREAT lil restaurant in Pasadena called Smittie’s to celebrate my dad’s 60th bday!! SOOOOO GOOOD! Girls we’ve got to try this if we have a day out Pasadena. I totally grubbed with my parents and shared family style 3 appetizers, 3 main courses, and 1 dessert (but i didn’t eat any cheesecake, not even one bite..now that’s willpower!)

Appetizers: 2 pieces of skillet corn bread, crunchy ahi tuna, caprese salad (mozzarella, tomato and greens w/ a balsamic dressing)

Main Courses: 1) white fish w/ lemon cream sauce, capers and caviar garnish with mashed potatoes, 2) braised short ribs with baby carrots and mashed potatoes, 3) chicken pot pie

Exercise: 20 min vacuuming the house

gym – 1 hour 15 min weights – arms and legs w/ trainer eric, 20 min cardio (walk 1 mile)

breakfast – handful of almonds, 3 small pieces of beef jerky

lunch – salami sandwich, almonds, 1 piece beef jerky

dinner – 10 korean dumplings

dessert – apple slices

gym- 1.5 hour of yoga, 10 min of cardio (bike), 1 hour and 15 min of weights (arm and legs with trainer eric)

breakfast- raisin roll

lunch- banana, bowl of blue box cherrios

snack- raisin roll, apple slices, 2 dried cherries

dinner- salad with tomatoes and orange slices (balsamic dressing), salmon with feta cheese and spinach

dessert- orange, a couple pineapple slices

because i deserve it- a tofutti ice cream sandwich (it’s healthy)!!!

dinner 2 (because my first dinner was at 5…got hungry again)- raisin roll, orange

Breakfast at John O’Groats:
1 biscuit (fabulous!)
2 cilantro potato pancakes (amazing!)
2 eggs (soft and yummy!)
2 bites buckwheat pancakes (OMG!)

Skipped lunch… breakfast was enough!

Dinner at Ford’s Filling Station:
1 garlicky buttery roll (warm and delish!)
1 slice white shrimp & hummus flatbread (to… die… for…)
1/2 pub burger with blue cheese (freakin’ good)
4 onion rings (I made Richard and Gary eat the rest so I wouldn’t become a stinky muddy pig right there at the table)

NO GYM on Day 6 either! Gross – o.
Eating out is bad. I am not eating out (beginning today — Sunday) for atleast 6 days.
