Chelsee Day 7

Day 6 was not good… not even going to post what I had. Today is better though!

30 minutes cardio & 15 mins. weights & 15 mins. abs
30 minutes gardening/weeding/planting

breakfast: kiwi and pumpkin flaxseed cereal with soy milk
lunch: homemade salad with chicken-avocado-cranberries-vinegar dressing
after-lunch: 3 squares dark chocolate
tonight’s dinner plan: Mrs. Lowe’s chicken and veggie curry over rice
more kiwi for dessert

gym – 45 min abs (thanks trainer eric!), 65 min cardio (5 mile run, .25 mile walk), all night booty shaking @ the room

breakfast – 1/2 a handlful of almonds

lunch – 1 slice of leftover enzos pizza

dinner – sunnin lebanese (so delicious!), 2 pieces chicken kebab, 1 piece beef kebab, 1/4 rice, salad, 1/2 pita and hummus

Brunch: Le Pan Quotidian… 3 pieces of the Chicken Basil Pesto Tartine, 1/2 a bowl of fruit, 1 bowl of tomato soup w/ a baguette, 4 delicious sips of Danh’s hot chocolate and a bite of his omelet, 2 pieces of bread w/ strawberry and apricot jam and praline spread!!!! DELICIOUS!!!

Dinner: Santouka… 1/2 a bowl of miso ramen, small bowl of ikura-don (salmon roe w/ rice), 4 pieces of sushi from mitsuwa!! :)

Dessert: peach herbal tea with honey

Midnight Snack: Big Tomy’s….steak fajitas with grilled onions, green bell peppers, and tomatoes wrapped in a small corn tortilla, handful of fries!

NO GYM!! :(

gym- 45 min of taebo (@home), 45 min of cardio (15 elliptical, 30 treadmill), 45 min of abs (thanks to trainer eric)

breakfast- raisin roll, bowl of cereal

lunch- banana

dinner- panera: 1/2 of a fuji apple chicken salad (my new favorite salad)!!!!, cup of french onion soup, 1/2 chocolate milk

dessert- apple, handful of pineapple slices
