Susan’s 2nd Day of Torture

Gym- 45 min of cardo, 15 min of weights and stretching

Breakfast- raisin bread roll

Lunch- 1/4 of a spinach salad (w/ orzo pasta, sun dried tomatoes, basil parmesan cheese) with balsamic dressing, wheat toast with grape jelly, one taffy candy

Snack- banana, handful of cranberries, two taffy’s

Snack 2- 1/4 of spinach salad

Because I was bored- handful of dry raisin bran crunch cereal

Dinner- 1/2 of a chinese chicken salad (CCC), 1/2 bowl of fruit, 1/2 cabbage salad, one pita bread

gym – 50 min turbo kickboxing, 10 minute abs

breakfast – tea, nonfat yoplait strawberry yogurt

lunch – half a turkey meatball, rice, nonfat yoplait strawberry yogurt

afternoon snack – half a banana, handful of chips (oops, my hand slipped i swear!)

dinner – chicken artichoke pasta, handful of pasta salad

Gym: Cardio 30 minutes & weights & stretching

Breakfast: Almonds and apple slices

Lunch: Leftover homemade chicken & veggie & rice plate

3 hershey kisses @ faculty meeting

Turkey burger in a bowl (no bread) with tomatos – avocados – onion – pickles

1/2 order sweet potato fries

1/4 chocolate milkshake (I only had 5 big sips! Then I made Richard take it away from me)

Oh boy. Day 2 was rough.

But both Al and I stayed away from chocolate cream pie at the faculty meeting! That’s good right?

Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled egg whites

Lunch: sprouted brown rice, tofu, roasted chicken, water

Snack: 1 hard-boiled egg white, a handful of dried apple chips

Dinner: lamb soup with napa, ginger, and chinese herbs, 1/2 a cup of brown rice

Exercise: 40 min of cardio, 10 min abs, 10 min weights

2nd Dinner: 1/2 of a small chinese chicken salad from CCC, 1/2 a bowl of fruit, a few bites of coleslaw, 2 pieces of pita.

BOY this 2nd dinner habit will be my demise!!! :(
