exercise- 2 mile walk, 60 min of yoga

breakfast- cereal

lunch- tofu and broccoli stir fry with rice and kimchi, cherries

dinner- pizza (from t.j’s so hopefully it’s not tooooo bad)

dessert- 3 pieces of small dark chocolate, cheeries and probably a glass of red wine. good night! :)

no exercise- break day

lunch- buffalo chicken sandwich

dessert- 2 cookies

snack- potato ball, more of a chicken sandwich, another cookie

dinner- more chicken and a steak sandwich, potato ball

dessert- cherries and i am probably going to eat a lollipop

current weight- 113, no weight loss from last week :(

exercise (includes sun. mon. tues.)- 11 miles so far this week, but i also have been eating very very poorly lately…

breakfast- none

lunch- turkey club sammy with the best potato balls ever

dinner- lemon pepper chicken, rice, stir fry veggies

dessert- 2 pieces of dark chocolate

ok ladies, you’ve motivated me to get my lazy-prone vacation ass back to the gym.

ultimate failure of the week – eating almost the whole PARTY SIZE bag of hawaiian maui onion chips.

just ran 4 miles for the first time in 6 months. i’m baaaaaaack! :)

exercise- 4 mile run/walk

breakfast- bowl of whole grain cereal

lunch- pasta bolognese leftovers, apricot

snack- mochi

dinner- rosemary chicken with roasted potatoes, broccoli

dessert- bowl of cherries, mochi, 1 multi-grain cracker, a couple bites of stan’s ramen

exercise- i ran 4 miles!! i tried to go to the gym in the morning and it was no bueno, but i went again at night and it was success!!!

breakfast- bowl of whole grain cereal

lunch- leftover soup dumplings, dried berries

snack- mochi!! we got some on sale at the korean market and they are sooooo soft like marshmallows!!

dinner- pasta bolognese!

dessert- cherries and perhaps some more mochi :)

no exercise today! it was my day of rest!!

breakfast- bowl of whole wheat cereal

lunch/brunch- breakfast at rudy’s!! it’s a diner across from pixar studios and it’s hipster central! :) and the food is delicious!!!!!!! i had a challah french toast, one egg, one chicken apple sausage

snack- one multi grain cracker, dried berries, some pasta sauce (i couldn’t find anything else to snack on)!

dinner- stan and i didn’t have time to go to the grocery store today so we improvised! i had some of his trader joe’s pizza and i got creative and made my own version of soup dumplings!!! i boiled some dumplings in chicken broth and it was really good!!! i had that with rice and kimchi

dessert- probably some cherries!
